August 22nd, Parnassus Preparatory School opened in the Zachary Square Shopping Center in the corner (many yaers ago, Red Owl) space.
The school year started with over 340 K-6 students, double what the school had planned on and leading to a waiting list during their 1st year.
Parnassus plans to add additional years of enrollment and secured a 10 year lease in Zachary Square.

October Real Estate Activity
There are currently seven homes for sale in our Elm Creek Park Reserve neighborhood with an average time on the market of 116 days. There were no homes sold in October.
YTD, we remain at 14 homes sold in our neighborhood at an average list price of $161,993 and an average sale price of $159,610 meaning homes are selling on avg for 98.5% of list price.
